Chumash Casino Resort :: Reservations

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any reservation after 3 p.m. the day of arrival will result in a charge equal to the room rate for one night. If the reservation is made for multiple nights, the additional nights will be released.

Rates: All rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy only and are valid through December 31, 2007. There will be an additional fee of $25.00 plus tax per night for any additional persons over the age of 13 years.

Check-In time is 4 p.m. Early arrival may be requested but is not guaranteed. Our Bell staff will be happy to store your luggage at no additional charge until your room is ready. All Reservations are guaranteed for a late arrival of 2 a.m. to avoid having your reservation cancelled.
Check-Out time is 12 p.m. (Noon). Late Check-Out may be requested but is not guaranteed. Any Check-Out after 5 p.m. will be responsible for a fee equal to full charged room rate.

AAA and AARP discounts are available Sunday through Wednesday only, excluding Holidays and Casino Black-out Dates. No discounts are available on Friday or Saturday. A valid Membership Card must be presented at Check-In to receive discount.

A valid Credit Card must is required to confirm all reservations. No reservation will be guaranteed if a Credit Card is not taken at the time of booking.

A valid Credit Card must be presented to the Front Desk at the time of Check-In, and must be approved for an authorization of the entire stay room and tax plus a security deposit of $100.00 per day. Personal Checks and Cash are not acceptable forms of payment for a security deposit.

Pet Policy: The Chumash Casino Resort is unable to accommodate pets; however, we welcome all service animals.

Maximum occupancy for each room type may not be exceeded. Roll-Away beds are not available.

Minor guests: All guests under eighteen (18) years of age are considered Minors. All Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under-age guests are not permitted to be unsupervised in any of our guest rooms, and must have a registered adult accompany them during their stay.

Under-age guests are not permitted to be unsupervised in the Lobby, Business Center, Valet, parking structures, Gift Shops, Spa, pool and hot tub area, Oak Room, Fitness Room, or Guest Rooms and Luxury Suites. In the event that an under-age guest is found unsupervised in any of these areas, a Security Guard will contact the guardian of the under-age guest immediately. Repeated warnings to the guardian may result in the registered party being asked to leave the Resort.

Minors who are registered with their guardians at the Hotel may be accompanied by their guardian to and from the restaurants within the Casino once they have registered with the Hotel Front Desk and received the appropriate wristband. Wristbands are given to registered Hotel guests only. Any Minor who is not a registered Hotel guest is not pemitted to enter the Casino for dining or for any other reason.
